We restrict access to personal information collected about End-User personnel through SonarVision On Demand (which may include, without limitation, employee identification numbers and birthdates) to our employees and contractors, or others who need to know that information to provide services to End-Users or are conducting Orca Eyes' normal business operations, in each case subject to commercially reasonable confidentiality undertakings which require them not to access, transmit or store personal information or other confidential information except in the course of their normal and regular duties for maintenance and administration of SonarVision On Demand. We will disclose personal information when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities or pursuant to a subpoena. Because evolving technology may continue to provide new and better ways to collect and use information so that we may better serve customers, Orca Eyes may change this policy by giving written notice to you.
